Useful tool during proposal writing

The concept of using this software was very helpful in my project work as it saves time while working with multiple files at once, also i like that there are so many shortcuts to help me get things done faster than clicking through each file individually. I do not really have anything bad or disliking about this program but if you're looking for something new then just try it out! It has helped organize and streamline our workflow when creating various documents such as reports, proposals etc. This makes everything easier because we no longer need stacks of paper scattered all over one's desk/office space.

Easy interface
Great layout design (ease of use)
Helpful features throughout system.
Very useful search functions..etc.to find what is needed quickly without going back & forth between different windows too much times..like reopening projects after adding additional information into them from other sources...it would be great having an option where these "projects" can remain open even though they were opened before by someone else who had been assigned those
