Planned to use these with existing Christmas lights to add an extra layer of warm light to the inside of the tree and add a matching warm glow to the lights on the mantel. Although the color isn't a cool blue and white, they're clearly not a warm white. They're neutral at best and look ridiculous next to store-bought warm lights. Cannot be used as they are totally unsuitable. The on/off switch on the remote control works perfectly, but all options are more suited to disco music than Christmas. Too close to the holidays to change them, so they're being bottled for the back porch now.
