Purchased May 2015. Worked for several months; then a screen of computer A is not displayed. Since Computer B is the one I use the most, I've come to terms with it. Now (October 2015) when I try to connect to computer A, the screen that has been working so far just keeps running and trying to get a signal. Also, computer B no longer displays both screens. USB ports for keyboard and mouse seem to work fine, although sometimes they don't show up for a second or two or I have to switch to another computer and back again. (A minor annoyance I could live with.) Can't comment on the USB hub or audio jacks as I don't use them. KVM, I will disable and use RDP until I find a better solution. Also, they need to add some kind of reset button. Even unplugging the power cord does not turn it off. I don't know if it's because it's powered by USB or DVI or both. But basically the only way to turn it off is to turn off both computers and unplug the power cord. Use this with 24 AWG gold plated cables connected to Quaddro K2200 and Quaddro K4200. Both use a DP -> DVI adapter cable, but the screen that still works is actually using that connection (i.e. the one that doesn't work is direct DVI), so I don't think that's the cause. I've taken the time to troubleshoot by connecting the cables directly to the computer and display and everything else works fine.
