Always a Sketchers customer I decided to spend the extra money (which I don't usually) and loved the upper a little tight around the tongue. In addition, the advertised shoes are completely black. What I received was a partially brown butt. I don't know why the Sketchers did it or thought it was a good prospect, but they had to go back.
