I went out of my way to purchase from this company as their customer service SEEMED 2nd to none. This pillow didnt work out for me, it's just too flat. I like a pillowneoth more loft to it. Again, specifically purchased from downlite based on all of the reviews stating they were assisted in finding the perfect pillow, I called their customer service # and left a message. No return call. I contacted through Revain and my email stated both I didnt love the pillow and that I wanted to purchase another and asked for a recommendation. They refunded me, which is awesome however I'm left needing a perfect pillow so I called and left another message. Again, no call back. I'm truly happy for others wonderful experience and I'm happy I was refunded but the rest of the experience was lackluster to say the least.
