Review on 🌩️ High-Quality Coaxial Surge Protector: Safeguard Your Cable TV, Satellite, and Antenna Equipment from Lightning Surges (75 ohm, 5-2400MHz) by Zane Myers

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Seems solid - not tested with real lightning. Bye ;)

These surge protectors are solidly built and feel sturdy. I took one apart, mainly wanting to see if it had a swivel nut like a coax cable on the end so I knew which end to connect to the device first. There isn't a swivel nut anyway, so I just attached the surge protector to my device first and then connected the cable to the surge protector (the cable has a swivel nut on it, if that doesn't make sense, try it and you'll understand what I mean!) Anyway, when I took it apart, it turned out that there really was a fuse in there, sort of like a surge protector. Isn't it empty? Everything works fine except for the lightning strike. I live offline in the desert and lightning is pretty close so I bought 2 of these and plugged one into each end of the cable just to be safe. This is to protect my Webboost cell phone booster, so I installed one on the receiver itself and the other on the antenna. In any case, I don't expect to be able to post a follow-up review if I manage to get stuck on Lightning. Thank you for reading!
