First review: I'm testing now. There are no discernible build quality issues. No hum from the power supply. I will also be connecting a USB multimeter to the USB charging port soon. Note that it was estimated to take almost 5 hours to charge from zero, but the Surface 3 charged faster and was almost fully charged in about 3 hours instead. My Surface Pro 3 is a few years old so the battery will never be anywhere near full capacity as it was when it was brand new, but this charger seems to fit the bill. The cord is a bit thicker, has velcro to organize the power cord, and even glows like the original. Although slightly larger and heavier, this is a negligible weight gain. I can put it on a kitchen scale and measure the difference.
