I use this little backpack strap as a deterrent to keep my kids from walking around in public. I've worn it on my two boys at different times and it works wonders! This keeps them close when they want to run. It fits my 4 year old perfectly when the straps are fully extended. To be honest my kids hate wearing it so they stay for fear of having to wear it. This is a deterrent. I'm so glad I found this! It's compact enough that I can put it under the stroller so they both know it's there.
