The fan is definitely a lot less powerful than I was hoping (4 settings and all the same) and doesn't work when connected to a power source with the included cable. It's okay because I have a car charger with a USB port, but still. I thought maybe I put the lithium battery in the wrong way round, but it doesn't work either way. It does the job, but I won't recommend it to anyone, nor will I buy it again.
