My Jade (appears to be genuine) Gua Sha scraper arrived quickly, nicely packaged (eco-conscious) and undamaged. Included was a very soft pouch for the stone. The stone itself has a nice smooth feel and is thin enough but not too thin to feel fragile. You can send a request for their e-manual (mainly for body gua sha). I intend to use it primarily for gua sha facial massage and there are many YouTube videos to choose from to learn from. I am glad that I chose this company's instrument after comparing many options. It is exactly as shown in the photo.
