Review on YouthCenter by Melvin Man

I have been involved in the Juvenile Justice field since 1995. I currently serve as a juvenile court judge in two states and have served in numerous positions within the Juvenile Justice field including Juvenile Court Services Administrator, Director of Juvenile Corrections, Court Program Coordinator, Juvenile Probation Officer, JDAI Manager, JDAI Supervisor, Youth Center Administrator, and Youth Center Director. I am familiar with YouthCenter and have been a customer for several years. I would say that I have been very satisfied with the YouthCenter software and services. The system does exactly what it says it will do. I do not see any reason why anyone would use another case management system for Juveniles because of the features that YouthCenter provides. The software is easy to learn and use and I feel confident that any user would be able to figure out the basics quickly. This is particularly true if the user is new to case management and/or the Internet. My experience with YouthCenter has been positive. I do not hesitate to recommend this product to Juvenile Justice Professionals and the youth served by these programs.
