I love that these were adjustable in the back, as this was my biggest beef with other sleep masks. It would be too tight on my eyes and head while sleeping, but these are just right. You can adjust it to whatever snugness and it still stays put. The silk is very soft and feels good. These block out light so I can sleep when my husband gets up at 4am for work.
