Best Small Clock Radio With Awesome Sound

Great sound perfect for bedroom, kitchen, office or work space. Fills the space without being intrusive. In the default settings, the bass is a bit high, so voices are sometimes muffled, but this can be adjusted. Again, this is the best little stereo sound I've ever had. The FM radio signal is stronger than any of my previous radios. I have some sort of dead zone for FM that usually makes reception painfully static, but not with this radio. You can set two clock radios for a specific station, volume, time and day of the week/weekend. Also, a really nice gradual increase in volume over about 10 seconds, so it's not surprising. The bluetooth and aux lines seem to work great with no hiccups. The build quality is very high, with a solid body, heavy feel, solid buttons and dials. Nothing comes cheap about this radio. Just two minor cons: (1) For a bedside table, they really should make the display red instead of blue. Blue illuminates the entire room even on the lowest dimming level. Fortunately, it can be switched off completely, but then the time is not visible in the middle of the night. (2) the remote control is terribly unintuitive. There are two dimming buttons, but both do the same thing. What's the point? I also have to flip through the manual half the time if I want to change any settings. Eventually I'll remember it, but definitely not intuitively, and I consider myself fairly tech-savvy. Fix these two things and you have the perfect little radio with amazing sound. Still 5 stars because of everything else positive. Oh, and be sure to get the slave speaker kit (50P) and not just the main unit, full stereo sound costs a bit more. much more than the sound of 2 times.
