These are quick and easy clips when you want to fasten two pieces of fabric together without slipping and/or don't want to have holes in the fabric. They are not good for cutting fabric as the fabric needs to be fairly close to the edge of the pattern for the clip to be used. They also make it harder for scissors to cut out a design; However, they are great for holding two pieces of fabric together when fitting or in preparation for sewing two or three fabrics together. I've found myself using a combination of these clips and pins. They can also be easily clamped and unclamped by "old hands". I'm sure they can be used for other purposes too, e.g. B. for stapling several sheets together. I'm glad I bought them.
