Great quality set, very soft, thick and love the dark grey/gold color (very rich). However, the set came right out of the box with 4 small round patches on it, plus a couple of runs/hooks. I'm afraid this is a returned product that was forwarded to me. I will contact customer service. Update your previous rating. Like any good company, Cottonton Lane contacted me after seeing this review. They seemed more concerned that I had offended their overall rating than what my actual problem was. They sent me a new set of sheets free of charge and with no hassle which was nice. But I was literally bombarded with messages asking me to change my rating. I even took my phone number, found me on WhatsApp and tried to video call me. I changed this from 3 to 5 stars just because I really like the sheets and they have a really really good quality product and also how quickly they fixed the problem. But I suggest that you change the way you respond to your customers in terms of your wording and the number and manner in which you contact them.
