I like that you can make appointments online, as well as text or email your vet if needed! It's easy to use for both clients AND vets when they are in different states/countries!! Sometimes it doesn't work correctly (sometimes not showing up at all), but this is usually user error rather than software issue - so give them time & try again later?? The service works really great between my doctor office here locally and our veterinarian back home who treats some of her patients from there too through Vetsentinel.
