As a hobby I build cars from scratch. I often create a lot of non-standard metal parts. When I took a closer look at this silver ZONGOOL citrus press, I noticed that it has a very solid construction and squeezes lemon halves very well. Simply cut off the top of each lemon half before placing the halves in the aerator, cut in half and squeeze out the juice without much pulp. Then take out the squeezed half of the lemon and remove the seeds. Put back in the citrus press. The second time gives a mixture of lemon juice and adds the flavor of lemon zest juice. I wasn't paid for the good reviews of this Lemon Orange Citrus Juicer. This is a reliable 5 star product. Over time I will find out if the hinge pin will rust from repeated exposure to citric acid. Feel free to purchase this product in sterling silver with no handles covering the handles. The handles without handles are very smooth and comfortable. Squeezing the handles requires some force. If your knuckles hurt, the pressure resistance may be too much for you. Cleans easily. My last juicer was purchased from a retail store 15 years ago to make lemonade with my two young daughters. It was made from die-cast white metal and powder-coated. The powder coating peeled off the metal casting, blistered, blackened and flaked off over time, ending up in my lemonade many times. Yuk. I bought this silver citrus juicer as a replacement. As such, I recommend purchasing a polished metal juicer rather than the powder-coated juicer that Revain so often offers. I am very satisfied with my purchase of the ZONGOOL ZONGOOL ZON-LS-003 (X002LX154Z) silver metal lemon squeezer.
