I'm anemic but this one is nice and warm. It's also my favorite color: blue. Well, it's actually blue and burgundy or some other shade of red, so you know what I mean. My only negative comment is that it's not made for tall people like me. I'm 6ft and there is only a hint of camel toe but as my husband liked this one I didn't return it. lol
