finally gave up due to COVID and set up a home office for a long BPH. I live in Manhattan so space is a bonus and I needed something to work in the corner of my bedroom. I chose this chair because it is petite, attractive and looks like real furniture, not ugly office chairs. The wheels were a little tricky to assemble, but I put them together myself in less than 10 minutes. Works exactly as intended. Was pleasantly surprised by the comfort. It's definitely not super soft, but not too hard either. Good back support, arms just the right height (I'm 5ft 4in). I am very happy with the purchase.
