I typically do not write negative reviews, but am beside myself trying to get this swing to work before our great grandson arrives here. Got the swing today for our great grandson, who will be arriving at our house shortly for a visit. After an hour of assembly could not get the swing to work on its own. The music plays, it vibrates but will not swing. Have checked everything. Upon unpacking, noticed the usb connection was very dirty, nothing else seemed unusual. Have been on the phone with Ebay for some time trying to resolve this issue. It truly is unfortunate that we can not purchase things today, and have them operate the way they should. Tried all weekend to get the swing to work, to no avail. Returned to Ebay on Monday. DO NOT BUY!
