I was very skeptical but wow we love this float. We have a swimming pool in the yard and go swimming almost every day. We used to have a Bluetooth speaker that we had to carry around, but now with this one we can just throw it in the pool and be done with it. I'm trying to add a longer video but it won't let me, so I've added a short video showing the lights turning on and off and I can tell you if you use it in your pool at night, it is so great! Now I want to talk about the sound. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being great, the southern quality of this Bluetooth speaker is around six. It's not heavy and bassy and such, but it sounds good and is loud enough to be heard while swimming in a pool. It's also great if you need a bluetooth speaker in the shower. Of course, I couldn't add a photo of myself in the shower with it, but this thing is awesome. If you are looking for a pool speaker this is a great option. I wouldn't recommend taking it to the beach because of the salt water as salt can affect it in different ways but then again I haven't tested that. In terms of battery life, it played for 4 hours while we swam. The battery life is really good and if you have a fast charger you can charge this thing up pretty quickly. It has a silicone bezel that protects the buttons and ports when submerged in water. SO MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE THE FLAP that completely covers the charging port before submerging it under water to avoid water damage. Since it's totally waterproof, I tested it two weeks in a row and it's 100% waterproof. If you submerge it fully underwater, it still plays music, but of course you can't hear it because of the water. Well, as far as receiving calls, everything is fine. Again, the purpose of the purchase is not to make a phone call, but to make music in the water. It connects to your bluetooth so you can receive calls but your call will play through the speaker. So if you want everyone you swim with in the pool to hear your call, you can definitely use it for that as the call quality is excellent. OK. It's not the best, but it's ok. Overall I'm giving 5***** stars because it's exactly what I was looking for. The music plays loud enough for you to hear even if you have 20 kids in your pool and it's easy to carry and move. I recommend this NOWBOTUCH IPX7 Waterproof Portable Bluetooth Speaker if you have a pool or are looking for something to play while showering or bathing. It can also be a great gift.
