so many problems suitable for heating, cooling and air quality

At first there was nothing in english. Packaging, instructions, remote control and humidifier were in Chinese. From then on, problems immediately arose. Something is dangling and rolling at the base, a screw fell out of the box, the hygrostat is constantly off, and every now and then it goes off and chirps. I could use an hour or five minutes before it gets spirited. There is no online troubleshooter so I can't figure anything out. It's not convincing either. Rolling it across the bottom is like a boat in rough water and the plastic is so flimsy I know it would shatter the tank if it capsized. Buy something better.
