I love the size of this humidifier but that's where the love ends. In the first months after the purchase, a socket no longer worked. The other side kept working until the machine suddenly stopped working. The screen is black and only beeps when plugged in. I've only had it for a year. Apparently it should work longer. I hope they can get it right.

It's a slow leak so it's not noticeable, but when I put a sink under it I found it was leaking down and out the wheel end. While I appreciate the volume, it doesn't reduce the maintenance frequency of small desktop humidifiers. The point about humidifiers is that they need to be completely changed out and cleaned at least once a week because they attract bacteria from the air, no matter how many supposedly antibacterial cartridges you put in them. Thought it would be a great addition. There aren't many details in the instructions. I can't get it to go to "F" instead of "C" for the temperature. At first there was nothing in english. Packaging, instructions, remote control and humidifier were in Chinese. From then on, problems immediately arose. Something is dangling and rolling at the base, a screw fell out of the box, the hygrostat is constantly off, and every now and then it goes off and chirps. I really wanted this to work for my needs. The tank did not communicate with the base below, even after trying to fix and fill the base first to raise the float.
