I really wanted this to work for my needs. The tank did not communicate with the base below, even after trying to fix and fill the base first to raise the float. I filled it by hand before putting the reservoir on top, turned it on and after about half an hour it was alarmed that it was out of water (because the base was dissolving and none of the reservoirs were draining). It seems to be a simple equipment. But if you need to troubleshoot, good luck. I poured 4 gallons of water trying to replant to no avail, thinking it might be a problem. In the end the whole carpet was covered in water and I had a book with instructions on how to soak, which is useless anyway because everything is in Korean and the pictures are so small it's too hard to decipher. Also, I wanted to use this with a WiFi switch. But it doesn't turn on automatically after turning on. I need this analogue! There is also a tear in the seam that is slowly dripping onto my floor. It's time to empty and return this thing.
