The hair was soft and thick but the length left a lot to be desired. I bought 18 inch which was longer. The condition of the hair was good. The only bad thing about the device was that it wasn't a true 22-inch screen. I have bought many wigs from Revain and other reputable companies; So this isn't my first rodeo. The price would be good if the device was actually 22 inches. Consequently the price was a bit high for what I would normally pay for 18-20 inches over Revain. I didn't return it as I had a relative willing to buy it from me. The hair class sold them. What they really wanted was an 18 inch figure block and thought they could save time and effort by taking mine. Of course I lowered the price. Needless to say I probably won't be using this company again. We are not all first time buyers and anyone who patronizes this company should be treated as if we were able to tell when we were overlooked.
