Overall I find this to be very attractive shelf paper. The mesh on the back is very comfortable, but the five rolls I received had the edges torn, so the 1/2 inch mesh didn't always work evenly. In these cases I just had to trim it wider and then clean the edge with a razor. That's probably how our cabinets and drawers work, but a 20 or 24 inch roll would be much more useful as I have five rolls that are 5 to 6.5 inches wide. I wish the paper was a hair thicker. It's so thin that when a grain of ground pepper fell on a wooden shelf, it left a dimple and a small hole in the paper. When this happened I immediately changed my plans and covered the shelf of pots and pans with a thicker clear plastic protector. I'll tell you the pattern is great, but it also masks your flaws. When I got exactly 1 inch to the long closet shelf, I cut a 6 inch wide piece and matched it to the pattern. The repetition and nature of the pattern made the patch almost invisible; wife couldn't find it.
