The ability to track all my projects from start through completion as well has being able use it easily for reporting purposes without having have too much training or support staff required! I wish there was more time tracking functionality but overall if you are looking at something low cost this can help keep your project management tasks organized while not requiring any additional resources - just make sure someone knows how everything works so they don't get confused when using some features (such us linking multiple work orders together). It's easy enough once used right away though which makes up most people problems we've had were our team didn’t understand what needed doing first/second etc., We're solving these issues now since everyone here understands exactly where their needs fit within each other allowing them access quicker than before.
