Ordered this jacket for my son who spends part of his day outside. He said after wearing it to work for a few days that it was really comfortable and very warm (it's late November in Wisconsin). He is 5'8" 120lbs and runs small. The sleeve length is perfect. He has a very slim build so I was concerned about the chest size, but the jacket doesn't feel oversized on the upper body. It does deliver though enough room to wear a heavy sweatshirt underneath without feeling bulky.
