Not bad. It looks pretty cool at night and definitely helps make it stand out at night. My only criticism is that it doesn't work in low light at dusk or dawn. In order for the tube to glow, it must be completely dark (or almost dark). For more security, I could buy something else that works in both low light and total darkness. It's definitely better than nothing. I wish my housing association needed something like this. We have no sidewalks and A LOT walk their dark colored dogs in black coats at night. Come on people!
