Honestly not a big fan. Although they are comfortable and hardly noticeable when worn. However when you wear them there is a large amount of glare/reflection from whatever is in the room behind you or your own eye. The main goal is to minimize the amount of blue light and eye strain from continuous computer use, but I find my eyes hurt just as much at the end of the day as they do when I'm not wearing them. Pros: Comes with a carry bag and cloth. Very light and comfortable. Cons: Strong glare when light is behind you. You can also see the reflection of your own eye, which is a bit annoying. Still sore eyes at the end of the day. Not recommended.
