So I buy for the 3rd time and always because I did something stupid. I accidentally ran the wash cycle twice on the first one! I survived the first time, but unfortunately I wasn't lucky the second time. I just lost the second one and now I'm on my third. Yes, it's a bit pricey for a Bluetooth device, but you definitely get what you pay for here. The buttons are very easy to use on the ear and also very intuitive, the range is also really good. For me, this thing worked with my phone even if they were 50 feet apart.
