Excellent quality product and value for money. There are a lot of negative reviews about the installation, so I want to talk about how to install correctly! Remember that you have + and - paddles. Unfortunately I installed them in a hurry and didn't align them properly as you can see in the picture. You can see the glue is slightly visible.1. Clean the original paddles with rubbing alcohol to remove any residue or oil stuck to the paddles (they won't stick if you don't clean them!) 2. Wipe the new paddles with rubbing alcohol to remove any manufacturer oils or residue remove . Especially where the double-sided adhesive will be applied. It comes with 2 pieces of adhesive tape for each new paddle shifter.3. The glue has 2 covers to cover the sticky part of each side, 1 red and 1 white. Lift the red cover a little to help you in step 4. Now remove the white cover completely from the adhesive and carefully line it up on the NEW stem. Press the entire band for about 20 seconds.4. New, remove the red protective film from the adhesive already on the new stem and carefully align it with the original stem and press on all sides for about 30 seconds.5. Repeat for the 2nd stem. Tips: Try not to use the new paddle shifters from below or above. Use them as usual with the original paddle shifters. (When using the paddles, press from the middle. If you use the rather long top or bottom tips of the new aluminum paddle covers, the tape can come loose)
