The sound quality is satisfactory depending on what and how you listen. Music sounds fine on your phone, but quality can suffer when played through an app like Pandora. I was listening to metal and it didn't sound as good as my headphones (Chinese cheap headphones are also from Revain). Then I turned on electronic music and it sounded good. They struck me as a bit strange. I am a small woman and she seemed almost small? These headphones are usually too big for me. They are very basic and of average quality. Good for the price but they won't surprise you. If you want to wear them and sweat it out at the gym, a good choice.
