I've seen several reviews of people exercising while using it. To be honest I don't know how they could make him stay there. However, on hot days it really helps to cool down. Pros: - Two speeds - Rechargeable with USB cable (included) - No visible fan blades to snag on your hair (assuming you have hair) - VERY adjustable and stays where you put it - you have to don't hold it in your hands - It's fairly light - There are two fans and you can direct them where you need high speed to get the cooling effect you want, resulting in a very short battery life. I honestly think for less than $20 it's not a bad deal. It would be great to sit outside and read a good book while sipping something cold. When you're sweating, you can point these fans exactly where you need them!
