Fits perfectly on my changing pad and despite the bright colors none of the colors smudge or fade after the first wash. There are two small buttonholes in the middle of the long sides, do you know what they are for? Is it possible that the sides of the replacement disk cover are tight against the replacement disk? In any case, the buttonholes are on the underside, so that the look of the cover is not spoiled in the slightest.
