I have a big problem with standard nose rings so I've been looking everywhere for a gold loop hoop earrings like this one. I love that it comes in a gold and rose gold set, two of each (I have two nose piercings). I'm happy with them but gave 4 stars because of the caliber (thickness) and length. You can choose the diameter (the size of the entire ring), which is great, but there's no option to choose the gauge (the thickness of the ring itself) and the default gauge is too thick for my liking (and a bit heavier than I would like). Also, the length of the hinge part that you insert into the puncture is too short; It fell out of my nose while I was wearing it and got lost and I just rode all day. So it's impractical for any real activity. Maybe going for a larger diameter would have solved the problem, but I like nose rings that encircle the nostril and I think larger rings would be unwieldy. However, I am satisfied with this product and will most likely buy it again.
