Review on Briidea Hi-Lo Sump Pump Controller: 💧 Dual Float Switch, Overload Protection - White by David Burns

I just bought a Hi-Lo Sump Level Controller for groundwater simulation use. The controller is used to regulate the water level in the reservoir that feeds the groundwater model. The water level in the aquarium is switched between high and low with the aquarium water pump. Initially, the controller didn't work properly; The pump shut off when the water level dropped below the high level sensor. I contacted the company regarding this issue and they responded immediately on how to fix the issue. I had to put a separate ground wire in the water tank under the low level sensor. Works as it should. This company has responded, reported back and tested to make sure everything is working well. I gave 4 stars due to an initial issue with the controller not working right out of the box. Although I've only been using the controller for a few days, I don't see why it shouldn't work properly in my application.
