The ribbons that come with the nozzle normally last around 6 months and will need to be replaced. So far I've had it for about 2 weeks and there is no sign of fatigue. They are more comfortable to wear than rubber ones and you can wear them on different places (ankle, wrist, biceps). There are several buttons you can use to enlarge it. My wrists are pretty thin so I have to button up to give it a bit of a dangle, but that's no big deal. If you need to go further, this can get in the way. If you don't mind not seeing the screen, you can flip it over and wear it on the inside of your wrist. The bag closes with velcro and seems pretty secure. The fit bit doesn't seem to move at all. The downside is that it's not waterproof. You can carry it in a mesh pocket, with the small charging contacts on the bottom exposed (you sure don't want them wet). It's made of some kind of spandex material and I feel if I wear it in summer it causes a lot of sweat. I haven't really been in a sweaty state since it got colder, but it seems like it induces sweat. Also, just because I'm wearing it while washing my hands, it seems to soak up a bit of water, so I'd expect it to do the same with sweat. All in all it's a good product that I don't have to change every six months so I'm very happy with it.
