8 pan head screws for 2 pad holders are too short. You will need to be 1/2" longer to bolt the brackets to the standard 1 1/2" board used for flooring on most trailers. I received 2 different length 3/8-16 bolts with wing nuts. These are the ones used to secure the shoe after it is inserted into the mounts. The 1 I received is not long enough and does not come with a threaded insert. I took a 1/4-20 drill bit and opened up the holes on 2 brackets and bottom base plates. I bought my own longer pan head bolts and nuts to bolt to my trailer.
