I only bought this set for the clear frames but I love them all! I felt exhausted and my eyes just hurt for the first week of digital learning. For me, it's the readers. I feel less stressed and generally less tired. I haven't had migraines since using them. You have to work with a mask, sometimes with a protective mask. I'm not a tall person so I was glad the frames didn't cover my face. The frames are pretty strong. I would recommend her! (Let's see if there's a proper shade of red.)
