Air purifier worked fine for 5 months. Cleaned twice with no problems. Shortly after I changed the filters the sensors seem to have failed and now report "999" all the time. The device continues to clean the air, but automatically switches to a very loud setting. The manual doesn't cover the situation and I couldn't find a way to contact the creator. It was a very expensive block to drop in 5 months. UPDATE: after another month, the device no longer cleans despite 2 cleanings and filter changes. total waste
