Already problems!? And I just got them!

I bought two of these lamps. One for the upper floor and one for the lower floor. They work fine EXCEPT downstairs - I can hear the motor on speed 5! It looks like he's dying. I need an immediate full replacement as I have severe allergies and need two air purifiers in my home. Unbelievable as I've spent quite a bit of money on them to make them work. I'd rather not hear the motor, thanks. The other one above works fine. So damaged below. I hope the keeper can help me!
