It's true that sticky eye patches are more effective than pirate or glass patches. We have been repairing for 6 years and have tried many different brands. The patterns on this patch are very cute, but I have two problems with this patch: 1) It's too sticky. If you have oily skin, this could be a good option for you. My daughter is sensitive to adhesive anyway and if the patches are too sticky she gets a rash under her eyes. 2) They are smaller than other patches. It would have been great if she was younger. (They appear to be a size larger, but I doubt it because of the glue.) We ordered medium. My final complaint is that it was sent in a yellow envelope. So the box had exploded when it arrived. Obviously the patches were still good, but I didn't really want to return them the way they came.
