Badly Done - Knitting & Crocheting

9 strands ordered. The first 3 were ok. On the 4th skein there were at least 7 areas where the fibers were not twisted together and the dye was missing. Checked the other 5 strands. 3 of those 5 were clearly missing the dye. Didn't open any skeins to see how bad the yarn was.
