So this is the second pair I bought, the first pair were way to small so I had to buy a bigger pair. The shoes felt thin and comfortable. These shoes are lightweight and perfect for gym life but I wouldn’t recommend for running. The shoe feels like it might come apart if you try to run a mile in them. But to lift and have a flat, thin, light shoe it’s perfect.
