Bracket is good. I've been using it for a little over a year now. It's pretty easy to install. It doesn't require a little assembly, but it's pretty easy. The mount holds the phone pretty well without shaking it anywhere. The neck allows you to hold the device at different angles. The phone stays in place. The only real complaint I have is that it doesn't hold tight in the cup holder. Every few days I have to tighten the ring to keep it in the cup holder. It would be nice if there was some sort of locking mechanism to keep the ring from rotating due to normal vehicle vibration. It's not a huge problem, but it's quite annoying when you take the phone off and the entire mount stays attached to the phone and comes out. likely to damage or deform.
