I have been working closely with TBC for over 3 years now! They are always providing great support through every step - from setting things up correctly at first contact (we did not know what we needed) right through to ongoing service management once it is implemented! Nothing really so far as they do everything well but that's expected when you're dealing directly w/ them :) Highly recommended if you want someone who will take care of their customers & work hard towards solving issues / problems rather than just doing an audit or a report etc. We had some old legacy systems which were causing us more headache then help by adding value. With TBC our staff can spend time focusing on core activities instead of having to deal with data entry or reporting.
