Wash in cold water and air dry before wearing it because it is stiff. And would need to soften up.
The fabric is stiff. Not a true soft chiffon. But the color was a good match. It runs true to size. Good for my height without heels. With heels the garment will be about 2 inches or more shorter.

- Not suitable for women who prefer skirts with a more structured shape
