This twofer jumper from The Children's Place is a worthwhile purchase for parents who want their little ones to be warm and stylish. The XS(4) is designed to fit a child who weighs 36 to 40 pounds and is 39 to 42 inches tall. But when I bought it for my 4 year old nephew who weighs about 38 pounds and is just over 41 inches tall, it was a bit tight, especially around the arms. Also, I noticed pilling on the sweater after a few washes, which isn't ideal if you're looking for something that will stand up to daily wear and tear.
