These headphones don't fall out (easily) like many have tried. Resembling foam earplugs, the foam tips seal snugly in the ear and keep them securely in place. It also contributes to soundproofing. They're not too isolating as you can still hear background noise and the like around you, but they do seem muffled. I haven't used any other adjustable silicone ear tips, but this is a nice feature to have in any pair of headphones as it's essential for a good fit. The included metal tin has a nice touch and helps to neatly hide the headphones in a backpack, briefcase, purse, etc. and find them easily. However, the quality of the can leaves a lot to be desired as it is slightly deformed but is up to the task. If you're looking for comfortable headphones that won't fall out, give these a try.
